Product Description
Ribbon mixer is the instending product of the various mixing equipment. With the axial and ribbon functions, the materials in this unit move in radial, circumferential and axial directions which make various materials widely cross and convective diffusion, thus achieve high perfect mixing effect in very short time. High mixing precision, solid and solid mixing, when the ratio is 1: 1000, the standard deviation is 3/100000~4/100000, and the content passive error<2% (mutagenic factor).
Quick mixing speed, time for mixing usual powders is only about 20 minutes. This unit can be closed operated, reliably running, and is easy to maintenance. There're convenient manual, electric and pneumatic material charging styles, you can choose one of them. This unit can drying mix chemicals, detergent, paint, resin, glass silicon, pigment, pesticide, fertilizer, fodder, feed additive, wheat flour, milk powder, perfume, micro constitute, coffee, monosodium glutamate, salt, concrete additive, plastic and various of slurry, powders, etc.
