Coulter Mixer

Application:

The mixer is widely applied to mixing solid-solid(powder and powder), solid-liquid(powder and solution paste), block-dope materials of some industries such as chemical material, medical material, constructual material, plastics, adhesive material, food, flour metallurgy, mine material, petroleum material, etc., and it's divided into skin top heating and drying types.

Working Principle:

The main axle decelerating machine drive coulter group axis to move, part of the coulters make supplies moving around the canister and throw supplies along the nomal at both sides of the coulters, other thrown supplies pass through the fly cutter group and is cutted, mixed and scattered by the fast rotating cutters, under the complex functions of coulters and fly cutters the supplies pile up, scatter and compound constantly. The supplies can be mixed evenly fast. The mixer is also suitable for mixing solid-solid (powder-powder), solid-paste(powder-paste) of gluing supplies, thick supplies, bulk supplies or supplies with different density.
