It is suitable for filling various kinds of fruit juice, tea drinks. It is also used in filling mineral water, pure water and other liquid at normal temperature. RCGF series three-in one machine adopts washing, Filling and capping in one machine and PET hot-filling equipment. It is equipped with temperature control system, the filling temperature can be set. When the supplied material temperature is higher or lower than the set one, it will auto stop. When the material temperature is lower than the set one, the material will be conveyed to the circulate system to treat it again to ensure the set temperature in filling. The machine adopts frequency control and PLC control. The operation and maintenance is convenient. The liquid level is correct and the filling characteristics are steady.
